Processing of your data for order processing
In the case of booking an escort lady, we process all data that you send us via the booking form or by phone, text message or e-mail. In any case, this includes your name and contact details as well as other mandatory fields that appear on the form. The processing is exclusively for the processing and execution of your booking or for appointment coordination with an escort lady. Your booking will be passed on to the booked escort lady to the extent necessary for this purpose.
The legal basis for processing this data is Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.
The storage period is 10 years for accounting-relevant data under tax regulations and 6 years for business letters. By the way, we will delete your data no later than one year after the last booking.
Consent to processing special categories of data
The processing of special categories of data, especially health or sexual data, we may process only with your express consent. By actively and voluntarily informing us by e-mail, telephone, text message or free text field, you express your consent to the processing of your health and sexual data. A passing on of the data takes place for the specified purpose only to the booked escort lady.
The data remains stored until you revoke the consent.
In that regard, the consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing of these data (Article 9 (2) (a) GDPR).
Regardless of your consent, we will process your particular categories of data when they are required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, in particular to fulfill contractual obligations.
The legal basis in this respect is Article 9 (2) (f) of the GDPR.
Consent to the processing of your ID data for desired home visits
If you want to book the ladies for a home visit, the ladies need a proof of your identity and current address. If you send us a copy of your identity card for this purpose, you consent to the processing of this data by sending the ID card copy. The ID data will be stored exclusively by us and will not be passed on to third parties.
We will not delete your ID card copies until you revoke your consent, but no later than one year after your last booking.
The consent also constitutes the legal basis for the processing of this data (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
